BGB, Inc., is responsible for the landscape architectural services for this 300 hectare (741 acre) development featuring a comprehensive plant palette; streetscape, open space and greenbelt design; entry monumentation and signage; recreation facilities and park design; site perimeter and individual lot property wall / fence layout; and reforestation recommendations. Additional design work includes model home sites for Villa and Townhome products; sidewalk and hardscape linkages; and an oceanfront pedestrian promenade.
