The District consists of 4 buildings of retail and 3 flex/office/retail “stand alone” at the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and Kinneloa Street in the City of Pasadena. The Art Deco design is based on the City’s desire to keep the “Old Town” presence and architecture on East Colorado Blvd. while creating sense of place and central activity.

A dramatic scultpure installation, designed by Julio Sims, is part of the Pasadena Arts Commission public art program. Seating, specific lighting and the integration of the artwork with the landscaping will serve to create a contemplative garden space.
