At the heart of Surf City, this gateway project is situated within the Downtown Specific Plan area, commanding views of the Pier and festive Main Street. The sidewalk design emulates the image of a sandy beach, with exposed glass linear pavers relating to the shimmering ocean, drawing the visitor into the retail corridor on the ground level. The lower roof deck provides a BBQ area, bar, fire place lounging, and sun bathing while the upper spa deck provides additional sun bathing and 360° views.
