The Manhattans is an award-winning 64-unit luxury townhome community in the trend-setting new urban community of Central Park West.  BGB, Inc. was responsible for all hardscape and planting design including paseos, courtyards, and building stairways.  The landscape features a bold use of succulents and other Mid-Century plantings which set the landscape image for CPW that adjoining projects have emulated.
