HOBIE POCKET PARK

The lot is triangular, sloping up towards the rear of the property. It is visually dominated by a tall masonry block wall that was used by Hobie Sports as a public art mural. This art wall use is planned to continue (along with accent lighting), so the park design will accommodate mural changes and maintenance. The art wall provides a visually exciting element to the CDM streetscape and is considered as asset to the park.
