This redevelopment project site is comprised of two publicly-owned parking lots (approx. 2.8 acres) located in the Historic Downtown District of Fullerton. The project includes a multi-story, mixed-use development with up to 124 attached residential units and up to 30,000 square feet of commercial uses. A public parking garage is also included.

This project is the winning entry in a design competition administered by the City of Fullerton Redevelopment Agency.

The public plazas and courtyard, designed by BGB Inc., are integral to the success of Amerige Court.
