A.J. West Ranch is a 77-acre planned development that includes a corporate campus facility as well as interior streets that provide sites for research and technology companies. BGB, Inc. is the project landscape architect, providing landscape design construction documents, design guidelines and construction administration services. In addition, BGB, Inc. is the design review landscape architect responsible for plan checking all individual projects within the A.J. West Ranch.

Overall landscape design elements include entry project identification monuments, street tree program, entry intersection hardscape and planting, slope landscaping, and project accent lighting.
